The TR takes performance to a whole new level. For starters, the upper and lower frame tubes have been moved closer together reducing the TR’s frame geometry. This allows the TR to fit into smaller spaces than other chairs with a dual tube frame. In addition, because the TR has an upper and lower frame tube it is able to maintain the frame's superior rigidity optimizing the users’ energy for the most efficient propulsion you will find anywhere. The TR also features TiLite’s exclusive bullet style caster housing, which reduces weight and adds to the stylish look of the TR by completely eliminating the traditional caster barrel found on most chairs.
The TR is also one of two TiLite chairs to offer the ergo seating option. Unlike other manufacturers, TiLite gives you seven different ergo seat depths. Combine the ergo seat with the C Package, and you have a level of customization found only at TiLite. The TR is an eye-catching combination of materials and design that yields performance unlike anything you have ever experienced. - Spinergy Spox LX Wheels - The new Spinergy wheels utilize the same fiber spoke technology as other Spox wheels, but with two noticeable improvements. First, thicker gauge PBO spokes provide even greater strength allowing Spinergy to reduce the spoke count from 18 spokes to 12 spokes on an everyday wheel. Second, Spinergy’s hourglass hub has been cross-drilled to further reduce the weight of the LX wheels. The new Spinergy LX wheels are the perfect addition to your TiLite chair.
- Desk Arms for the ZR/ZRA - You asked and we listened - TiLite’s height adjustable armrests are now available on the ZR and ZRA. Just like the other TiLite chairs, these armrests use a clamp that is pinned in place on the frame, keeping the armrest from rotating in or out.
- SparTech “Herringbone” Solid Tires- Lighter in weight than flat free inserts and with less rolling resistance. These tires require no maintenance and last longer than other solid tires.
- New Part Numbers - We have also added part numbers to the ZR/ZRA, TR/YR and Aero Z order forms for billing and reordering. We will add more chairs to this list with the next order form update in July 2007.

Additionally, in March of 2007, at the International Seating Symposium, TiLite, Permobil, and The ROHO Group, announced the formation of the Users First Alliance. The Alliance seeks to improve the end user’s quality of life, including their long-term physical and mental health. By providing customers with state-of-the-art products and quality education, the Users First Alliance aims to encourage and assist end users, clinicians and providers to drive product selection based on client needs, and to work together to ensure appropriate access to these products.
